Wish i could say that i took this picture...but it was sent to me via email from a friend with a load of other animals caught sleeping in strange positions...this was one of my faves. Probably cause beckham will just hunker down anywhere near us sometimes its amusing. Hope it made you smile :)

This weekend we went to kimmel's parents and dyed eggs. It was a lovely overcast day so we sat outside in the back and enjoy the company and weather. Hope your Easter was just as relaxing and surrounded by family. I was glad to hear my mom had my sis and family over on sunday...miss them! Easter isn't just a day or weekend, its the foundation of what we believe and that sets our God apart. He is risen and for that we are forgiven and reconciled to him!

What's Next?

This week is the first week of a new schedule for me. I am cutting my 'hours' in half at work. This means i go from the 40 hours a week to 20 in office hours. I am excited to see what God has next for me. As most of you know ministry isn't in an office, but the office time was suffocating me. So now there is freedom, freedom to do what i am not sure just yet. I have mentioned before Andrew and i's desire to minister to our lil townhouse circle, so i am praying for vision and opportunity there. Being domestic and a untired, focused wife to Andrew is another desire of mine. Don't have much to say just yet...i am excited on this new adventure. I will keep you posted as God shows me what the path his he has for us Kimmels :) He is a good God and i am glad He loves me! It is for freedom he set us free. It is for freedom i cut my pay in half :) hahaha

What's in a name

Its funny how as a girl you talk about names for babies, you name your dolls when your little, and you think that when you will be pregnant you KNOW what you are naming the baby. The problem now is you know someone named Clarice and she wasn't very nice to you, there are 100 Sara's now and don't want to be part of the masses. There are alot of factors that go into choosing names. In one circle of friends i am the last to be having kids. So i know how they have handled the name game. Some couples with held their name not wanting criticism, while others boldly pronounced the name and didn't care what people thought. I have heard people respond interestingly to a name and heard of families offering other suggestions passively saying "that is not a good name".  We are all people of opinions but this is one of those things that you keep to yourself! :) Now that i am older the naming process is different in my mind.
