Went to the switchfoot concert last night in Deep Ellum...can i just tell you it was AMAZING!! like i have seen them live twice before and liked it...totally got into it....but last night topped it all! i mean maybe they have just grown more and it is evident but i an amazing night! the guys rocked it hard for like 2 hrs....we had hope to get to chat with them afterwards but they left quickly to tape kimmel live for tonight...so that was a bum....but we had a great time! i luved that they always play one old song and give a salute to the longtime listeners you know...which i am! so yea...good times...great music...if you don't know check them out www.switchfoot.com www.myspace/switchfooot

Growing up i was not allowed to cut my hair...my parents were more on the conservative side and said that girls should have long hair...i would mix it up by getting perm...or by cutting bangs...but that was not good enough so by my jr year i asked if i could cut it and finally mom said yes...there upon began my addiction to hair styles, cuts and funky dos...went thru a very short hair phaze my senior year in high school and throughout college i cut, grow, cut, cut, grow....its almost funny...but i luv trying new things...just this last year i began to put color in my hair...only like streaks or undercolor...not the full head...and i have had a cut that i have enjoyed for about 5 months now...but i am getting bored....so i don't know what to do...i seem to always go back to wanting long hair...and i think it is time to go back...its been 3 years since i have had it LONG...so i think that will be the next aim...and just play with the color when i get more bored...i don't know its...

i type this blog...the weather today is absolutely wonderful...i live in the hotest state called TEXAS...its the first week of October and we just now hit the high 60's...this past weekend we were in the 90's...YUCK!! something that was really cool...this morning as i was turning out of my apartment complex i saw rain to my left coming up the road so it seemed...but it looked as if 50 yards from me there was a wall and no rain was coming thru it you know...it was really cool...i guess the clouds were moving another way and not toward me...i don't know if i drew a good enough visual but it was cool! hope you are having a good October day!!

so i am updating my blog b/c its fun to do and keeps people reading whether they are pulitzer prize winners or not! This weekend was good...nothing huge going on...had the reigns pulled back on the townhouse thing...and the money lady and i are going to meet to talk numbers and then revisit the whole thing later...i was bummed but i am reminded that MY time is not GOD's time...so i will chill and wait! Wanting to start a exercize routine so i am looking to join a gym...have several friends at this one and they offer kick boxing classes...so i think i will do that today! its not too bad a price...$30 a month which is like $1 a day...so cool! nothing funny, exciting or dramatic happened this weekend...which is great and i am ok! hope you too are doing well!!

sometimes i wish i lived in the time when you paid for something with something else...like if i wanted bread i would give the baker/bread maker some flowers or whatever i had that he wanted...you know like paying with chickens or ducks or even small children...i kid i kid...i just got real irritated this evening/morning dealing with a credit card company...not saying names but david spade seems to like them...i thought i had closed the account a year ago when i consolidated like three i had open onto one witn 0% apr you know...and i did not know that this magazine subscription co. had that card on file and just renewed a subscription in june! which i did not know! so i am trying to purchase a town house now and go to see if can get approved for a loan and i am just going thru making sure all my cards are closed an what not...go on line to this cc and find that i have past due fees for the past two months....i am shocked and appaulled b/c this was closed...well long story a little shor...

The lastest addition to the Dubiel Family! Max Frederick Dubiel...my 2nd nephew...4th to the family! :)  Last friday...The 16th my sister had her fourth child...Max! He was a healthy baby and super cute! i flew home thrusday night...had dinner with them then mom and i took the other 3 home so my sister could relax and go to the hospital in the morning alone...it was fun being with them again...it makes it harder to leave the older they get the more they interact the more i don't want to leave...but i am back here in the middle of the US back to "normal"...missing them!
