Since we purchased the land kimmel likes to make it out every weekend. The summer had just been too hot for me and the lil man so most times its kimmel out there working on it, or we visit our neighbors. Today we all made it out there! It was a bit windy and cold, but really fun none the less! Kimmel fixed the tire on the mower and is burning a bunch of his trash pile. It is a burn day in Sanger.  When Shepherd is out there with us it totally excited to move out there. He got so excited just walking with dad and riding around in the truck. Its fun to think of all the cool things they will do together out there!  Any body got loads of money they want to give us :P  We will be patient! 

Yesterday was the day Mark (father in law) and I planned to take the kids to the zoo. Mark had taken off this week, and i had wanted to take the kids to the zoo but two little ones by myself wasn't enticing so i asked him if he wanted to go.  That morning was normal like any other, Shepherd wakes up around 530 we eat breakfast and then play in the family room...Kimmel got in the shower and about 745 he came in and sat down with me and the kids....to which i asked did you take the day off?? With a big smile he says, "when you said you and Opa (mark) are going to the zoo tomorrow, i said so am i and took off" We had such a fun time! Kimmel got to just love on shepherd and show him fun stuff. I took my camera and played around with my 85 mm lens....LOVE IT! Eight things you should know about Shepherd 1. His smile lights up the room and mom and dad's heart. We can't not smile when he is smiling!  2. He cruises around all the tables and chairs to just get into all sorts of things.  3. Now the tummy is off the floor for crawling and he maneuver around quite nice.  4. When i say 'no touch' his head slowly turns around with a grin like 'oh mom you know i can' 5. Bath time is fun! Splashing in the water and sucking on the toys drinking the water, now even lays on his belly too...feeling the water all around!    6. His squeals of delight are fun to hear and make us laugh.  7. Schedule change is what its all about...not sure when he will wake in the morning :)  8. He is a people person, has to take in everything where ever we go...smiling and laughing at people who say hello... also loves watching and laughing at cousin eleanor.  Its been 8 months and so much fun!
