California Burgers
Or so we think! A couple weeks ago Kimmel made these amazing burgers and grilled them for family and friends! It came out of our awesome Weber Grill book. I fixed the Guacamole Mayonnaise. Together it was a lovely symphony of taste (what??) haha You should do this too! or either purchase the book and try some others they have!
California Burgers with Guacamole Mayonnaise
2 pablano chili peppers
1.5 lbs ground chuch (80% lean)
1.5 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Mayonnaise
2 tbls grated white onion
1 ripe haas avocado, pitted and peeled
2 tbls mayonnaise
2 plum tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
1 tbls finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 small garlic clove, grated
kosher salt
